The teenage and young adult years can be ones filled with difficult transitions, stress, and emotions. Learning how to manage emotions can be a very difficult thing to do. It is never fun to feel overwhelmed by emotions and many of us are not taught ways of coping in a healthy way. In session I provide adolescents and young adults with coping skills to manage emotions and stress. Through a compassionate lens, I provide tools to navigate difficult decisions and to practice positive behavioral habits to lead to a more peaceful and fulfilling life. I will guide you in building a strong relationship with yourself. Through working on your relationship, yourself, you will improve your relationships with others.
