Group counseling helps you to find who you really are beneath the mask you may be wearing in your daily life. It gives you the space to allow others to see who you really are and to understand yourself on a deeper level. In group counseling sessions you will learn skills to help manage and regulate emotions, interpersonal and social skills, coping and stress management skills, time management skills and many other helpful tools.
