My private practice is Out-of-Network or self-pay. Payment is due at each session. Payment options include cash, check or credit card. Session fees are $150/50 minute session or $250/90 minute session. If you are planning on using your out-of-network benefits, you may want to check with your insurance company first regarding 90minute sessions, as some insurance companies do not cover longer sessions.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you will pay for your sessions at the time of service, and I can provide you the information you will need to submit to your insurance.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give 24-hour notice. In the event of a no-show or late cancel that is not an emergency, unsafe driving conditions or illness, the full session fee will be charged. Video sessions are also available.
Out of respect for each of my clients, I do my best to start and end sessions on time. I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will cut into some of your session time. Your session time includes the time needed to schedule appointments and collect fees.
According to my profession’s ethical code, I am unable to interact socially on social media with clients; therefore, I will not accept requests to interact on my personal social media pages. It is your choice if you choose to interact on my business pages. Please keep in mind that I cannot confirm or deny a therapy relationship.
I am not always immediately available to respond in a crisis situation. In case of emergency, call 911, call the Crisis Hotline @ 216.623.6888, text the Crisis Text Hotline at 741-741 or go to the nearest emergency room.
