For example, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidenced based treatment which explores the connection between thoughts, feelings and behavior. We can rewire the brain and disconnect from having a negative default setting, and create new pathways with positive self-talk and specific steps to reach your goals. Many of my clients share that they have been able to feel a significant shift in their mindset through utilizing CBT and clearly state that therapy has changed their life.
